Jorge Aviles, a Licensed Real Estate Advisor, has been successfully selling real estate since 2005, increasing his sales steadily each year.

Jorge, who serves all areas of Hudson and Bergen counties, recognizes and understands both the emotional and logistical elements of a purchase or sale of a home and sees his clients through the process- every step of the way. He possesses tremendous negotiating skills, and maintains long-standing working relationships with many local developers.

He also has extensive experience in condominium development projects and home restorations, along with expertise in short sales and foreclosures. Jorge was a member of the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Club from 2012-2016, 2018 & 2019.

Even before entering the world of real estate, Jorge was a top sales performer in other industries. He began his professional career as a Commercial Paper Specialist in the Trade Division of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., and then moved on to Prudential Insurance, where he served as a Portfolio Administrator before being promoted to Trader Assistant. He has also been employed at Smith Barney, Bank of America and PNC Bank.

Jorge's finance and mortgage background is a perfect complement to his personalized client service. He knows that the cultivation of a long-term relationship is far more valuable than any single transaction.

Jorge graduated from St. Peter's College in Jersey City, NJ, with a degree in economics. He is bilingual in Spanish.
